Georg Kahle is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate department. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, commercial property transactions and regulatory work (including pharmaceutical, mining and BEE). A recent transaction that he was involved in was the acquisition by Coal of Africa Limited of NuCoal Mining for R650 million. Georg was also part of the team that advised Coal of Africa Limited in respect of a cash placing of approximately GBP 59.6 million on London's Alternate Investment Market. Georg advises and assists local and foreign listed and unlisted companies on all corporate matters. He has been part of and has coordinated due diligence investigations in preparation for local and multinational mergers and acquisitions.
