Perusha Pillay-Shaik was appointed as a director in 2013. She currently practices in the dispute resolution department. Perusha holds a LLB degree from the University of Natal (as it was then known) and is currently completing a masters degree at Unisa.
Perusha’s experience ranges from general commercial matters to insolvency related and liquidation matters. Perusha has represented a London / Johannesburg dual-listed coal mining company in a number of commercial disputes. She has assisted government parastatals with litigation and has some experience in engineering disputes.
