Podcasts are audio or video files made readily available over the internet. Most podcasts tend to be only audio files as video files can grow quite large is size, which makes if difficult to view over slower internet connections.
As podcasts can be automatically downloaded, they are usually subscribed to through podcast RSS feeds. Once you subscribe to a podcast RSS feed, podcasts will download to your podcast software automatically. Most podcasts tend to be provided as embedded audio files on websites. Even though this is not a "true" podcast, it tends to be an easier alternate to use compared with subscribing to the podcast RSS feed. The reason for this is that no podcast playing software is needed, and you can listen to the podcast immediately on the website.

You can listen to a podcast by selecting one of the the desired podcast categories below. If your browser permits you will be able to listen to the podcast from the media player. If the podcast does not play or the media player is not available then please download the podcast with the link provided and use a MP3 compatible media player to listen to the podcast. Please note that depending on your Internet connection, it might take a few moments before the podcast starts playing.

Alternatively, you can subscribe to a podcast if you have podcast software installed on your computer. To subscribe to the podcasts and listen to them with your podcast software simply click on the "subscribe" button below. This will open a new page and you will then be able to subscribe to our podcasts by clicking the link provided. You can also copy and paste the link into your podcast software. Once that is done, as soon as new podcasts become available, they will download to your podcast software automatically.
