In terms of the South African Financial Intelligence Centre Act 2001 (FICA) we may not establish a business relationship or conclude a single transaction with a client unless we have taken the prescribed steps to establish and verify the identity of the client. Clients will be requested to provide us with all such information and supporting documentation as we may be obliged to obtain from them in terms of FICA.
